The problem of masterly performance of the future actors of variety ensembles is considered in the dissertation. The theoretical substantiation of essence and the maintenance of process of formation of masterly performance of students of variety-musical specialization of the Kyiv national university of culture and arts is carried out. The certain features and structural components of masterly performance of variety musicians - company, its formation is scientifically proved criteria and levels. It is developed and introduced into teaching and educational process a technique. Directed on increase of a level of masterly performance of the future actors of variety musical ensembles. Introduction of an author's technique was carried out on the basis of pedagogical interrelation, cooperation of teachers and students during overlapping emotional, intelligence, strong-willed and technique-executive opportunities of partners, ways of interchange by the information, the organizations of environment which promotes self-improvement of students.
