Dependences of characteristics of metal forming from a complex of dimensionless geometrical parameters of flat prechamber dies design at extrusion of solid profiles with thin-walled elements from aluminium alloys are defined. Influence on curvature of thin-walled element of profile that run out of die design factors such as displacement of median of the channel from median of prechamber, displacement of the channel from the centre of die, bearing length, depth and width of prechamber, the cross size of the container is determined. The theoretical analysis of plastic metal flow is carried out by means of the two-dimensional finite-element mathematical model advanced regarding analytical definition of a local matrix of rigidity. In the work the experimental research of influence of extrusion ratio on curvature of profile is carried out at asymmetric extrusion through divided prechamber die. The improvement of calculation method of flat prechamber dies design which provides increase of accuracy of profiles and resources saving is proposed and proved.
