Object of research: perfection organizational - the economic mechanism of the government agriculture in the field of development of new organizational-legal structures of managing in agrarian and industrial complex and formation of new forms of management. Methods of research - theoretical generalization and comparison, logic generalization of statistical results, a method of the system analysis. Practical value of the received results will be, that organizational-economic mechanisms of management of agriculture, cooperative principles and development of the credit mechanism of agriculture are advanced, the structure of the specialized marketing service at the agricultural enterprises, and also an effective utilization of information-consulting service, as most effective mechanism of reforming of agriculture is offered. Scientific novelty of the received results will be, that in the concept of cooperative societies which demands higher level of the state support is offered and will allow with the minimal expenses for the population to reach a significant economic gain; priorities of an agrarian policy which consist in searches of effective model of the attitude of subjects of managing and the form of reorganization of agrarian sector are advanced.
