Samoilenko V. Financial mechanisms of state regulation of economy of region

An object of research is the system of socio-economic relations, which are folded in the process of concordance of interests of subjects of national economy. Methods of research - system, comparison and generalization history and logical, generalization and scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, statistical, economic design. Scientific novelty of the got results: first are definite interpretation government financial control as system of economic relations; is improved: point of view in relation to term "government control of economy"; aggregate of measures of the budgetary-tax adjusting; got the further development: basic functions of government control of investment activity; positions in relation to the role of financial resources of local authorities and the basic directions are offered of reformation of budgets of local self-government and interbudgetary relations; forms, methods and machineries, which could be used in the home practice for the assistance of development of small enterprise. A practical value of the got results is done conclusions and generalizations can be used in the process of improvement of the system of government financial control in Ukraine in the period of transformation of socio-economic relations, renewals in Ukraine macroeconomic stability and creation of bases for the further economy growing, for the use in the legislative activity and work of organs of state and local administration at development of the measures, directed on optimization of the budgetary-tax and money-credit adjusting. The developments of author, practical conclusions and suggestions are used by headquarters of economy of Donetsk regional administration at development of the Complex long-term program of socio-economic development of the Donetsk region to a 2010 year.
