The primary objective of the present thesis is to provide scientifically grounded conceptual basis and practical recommendations for organizational and economic mechanism for formation and development of food products market in the agroproductive complex with an aim to upgrade its efficiency in the post-reformation period. The author has defined the principles and mechanism of merchandise intervention and de-intervention in the market aimed at forming a stabilizing fund of food products in the agroproductive complex. It is offered to create a network of marketing services for effective functioning of the market of food production of agriculture.
