Essay

The Object of the study: competitiveness to product vegetable production in agricultural enterprise of the Ukraine. The Purpose of the study: studied scientifically-theoretical and practical aspect organizing-economic and technician-technological mechanism of increasing to competitiveness to product vegetable in condition of the market transformations. The Methods: dialectical method of the cognition, analytical, graphic, economic and mathematical, comparative, grouping, subscripted. Theoretical and practical results: results of the study are directed on improvement of the directions of increasing to competitiveness to product vegetable and can be used when scheduling business plan and programs of the development of the agriculture different hierarchical level. Scientific novelty: consists in motivation theoretical and practical basis and mechanism of increasing to competitiveness to product vegetable in condition of the transition to market relations, as follows: extended and complemented interpretation to essence and condenses to competitiveness to product as system organizing-economic, technician-technological, ecological and normative-legal parameter; the designed offer on speedup of the development enterprise in product vegetable, shaping and efficient operation market vegetable and products of their conversion and particularities to its segmentings; the generalised role and place of the marketing service of the enterprise in increasing of competitiveness to vegetable product; the motivated system of the factors of the estimation quality to product vegetable on different stages of its passing to user; the designed forecast of the development in integrated agro plant "Пуща-Водиця"; it is designed conceptual positions of increasing to competitiveness to product vegetable product and mechanism to its realization; motivated need of the development and taking the Law of the Ukraine "About vegetable production and vegetable market". The Degree of the introduction: separate scientific developments of the author are the Kiev region used by Regional centre of the scientific ensuring in process of preparing the program of the development of the agrarian sphere of the region for a period of before 2015 and Kyivo-Svyatoshinskim district governing the agriculture and provisions during preparing the program of the development s.-h. enterprise of the district. Efficiency: recommendations and offers of the author will render the assistance to increasing to competitiveness to product vegetable production in condition of the transition to market economies. The Sphere, range of usage: regional centers of the scientific provision APP, agroindustrial complex of the Ukraine.
