Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a urgent problem of necessity the decision of complex (difficult) scientific - practical problems on reduction of a level and structure of mechanization of building organizations in rational conformity with needs (requirements) of building or-ganizations and requirements of the market. On the basis of the theory of operational reli-ability of machines the technique of increase of their work capacity of building machines is developed in view of organizational and technology factors. With this purpose the classification model is developed which offers to estimate operational reliability on 4 groups. The model of display of influence of organizational and technology factors on parameters of operational reli-ability of building machines, techniques of organization of a rational circulating capital and restoration of productivity of machines is developed at not casual deterioration.
