Falah M. Power of working stroke of crank-sheet-stamping presses.

The object of investigation - crank sheet-stamping press. The purpose of the work-development and investigation of the analytical method of calculation of working stroke power parameters, which enables to increase a productivity of engineering work and the objectivity of calculation results. Methodology: the theoretical investigations are carried out with using the integral computation, mathematical modeling, numerical solution of equations and mathematical statistics. Apparatus and instrumentation - equipment which is produced serially by industrial enterprises, apparatus devices and sensors after state metrological checking in the established order. Theoretical and practical results - algorithms and mathematical models for the analytical calculation of the energetic parameters of press working stroke during punching-piercing operations, drawing of sheet blanks, bending with straightening taking into account the energy losses on friction under elastic off-loading of a press, have been developed. Thedegree of introduction - the developed methods of the analytical calculation of working stroke work of crank presses are accepted for using in educational process of the engineering department "Mu'tah" at the University in Al-Karak (Jordan).
