It is for the first time investigated in dissertation Ukrainian terminology of state management in comperative-historical, lexic-semantic and structural-word-building aspects. The analyzed termin-system provides a concept base of state management with nominative means and is total system of hierarchyc organized language units. It is characterized in dissertation main periods of the Ukrainian terminology of state management development, determined main tendencies of word-building in every examined phase Specialties of lexic-semantic and structure organization of Ukrainian terminology of state management are investigated.
