Essay

The dissertation is devoted to definition of clinicopathogenetic mutual relations of coronary heart disease and a chronic bronchitis at their simultaneous development, to improvement of quality of diagnostics, forecasting of clinical course and treatment of a respiratory pathology. On the basis of the electrocardiogram and echocardiogram researches is established, that the chronic obstructive bronchitis differs from a chronic not obstructive bronchitis by frequency of regurgitation in valves and attraction to process of the right departments of heart, the greater (on 9%) thickness interventricular septum and a back wall of left ventricle of heart, diameter of an aorta (on 6%), systolic pressure in pulmonary artery (on 29%), the general pulmonary vascular resistance (on 44%), ratio of the general pulmonary vascular resistance and the general peripheral vascular resistance (on 37%). The chronic bronchitis with accompanying coronary heart disease is characterized by reduction of concentration of cholesterol, phospholipids, ammonia, urea and a uric acid in respiratory moisture, oppression pulmonary clearance of these substances. The result of treatment of a chronic bronchitis at patients with coronary heart disease is influenced on disease variant, presence of an arterial hypertension, systolic and diastolic left ventricle dysfunctions of heart, and application combined bronchial spasmolytics, antibiotics and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor promotes increase of efficiency of therapeutic actions.
