The dissertation is dedicated to discovery immunal breaches in pathogenesis aseptic necrosis of the head to thighbone and development on base immunological factors of the methodses of the forecasting to gravity of the condition child's in current disease. Most informative factor immunological reactivity and nonspecific resistention, which reflect the roentgenologic and sonographic revealled morphological changes to head of the thighbone under her aseptic necrosis are: the gross amount leukocyte, oeozynophiles, CD8+ (Т-supressors), CD22+ (В-lymphocites), phagocytic number, value NST-test, concentration in shelters CIC and cytocines (IL-8 and TNF-?), as well as factors, characterizing functional activity T- and В-lymphocites. Designed by us methods of the forecasting are founded on estimation informativity of the immunological factors in the aggregate (the tabular method) and on decision of the equations, got by means of correlation-regressin analysis.
