Panasenko S. Closed damages of a pancreas as a component of combined abdominal-thoracic trauma (diagnostic and surgical tactics in the aggravated period of traumatic illness)

The thesis is dedicated to a problem of increase of efficiency of the process of surgical treatment of a pancreas, damaged with closed damages, at combined abdominal-thoracic trauma. The analysis of treatment of the injured pathohistological research of a pancreas and registration of the patients, who suffered a similar trauma earlier, have been performed. The scientifically reasonable necessity of realization of an estimation of gravity of a trauma and complex forecasting of the course of the aggravated period of traumatic illness, which allows to reduce lethality as well as the frequency of originating traumatic pancreatitis and the terms of hospital treatment.
