Purpose of the study: improvement of results of complex treatment of the patients with diabetic's foot syndrome of neuropatologically infected and compound forms Methods of research: general clinical, instrumental methods, immunological, bacteriological, statistical methods. Practical significance of the obtained results: The use method of prolonged regional intraarterial combined therapy in complex treatment diabetic's foot syndrome of neuropatologically infected and compound forms. Scientific novelty: The study of dynamics of parameters of a level of endogenous intoxication, immunologicaly of protection and oxidation lipid's is investigated, the efficiency of application prolonged regional injecting of antibacterial therapy together with a laser irradiation of wounds at the patients with diabetic's foot syndrome of neuropatologically infected and compound forms. Degree of introduction: The results of work are introduced into practice of work of surgical branch of clinical hospital of station Uzhgorod and surgical branch Uzhgorod's clinical hospital.
