Process of choice by the industrial enterprise of kind of the leasing bargain. Estimation of techniques and development of the approach to a choice of a most effective kind of the leasing bargain. Methods - analysis and synthesis, dyhamic, complex, additive convolution of individual criteria. For the first time is applied of the faset sistem of classification of categories of the leasihg, the model of rangeis of the leasing bargains is developed. The developed technique of definition of efficiency of the leasimg bargains accompanying a campaing and model elections allows to choose the most effective bargain. It is introduced at the industrial enterprise. The branch is industry.
