Turchina I. Comprehensive therapy of patients having eczema and neurodermatitis with predominant affection of the skin of lower extremities

The dissertation is dedicated to the development of the comprehensive method of treating patients having eczema and neurodermatitis with predominant affection of the skin of lower extremities based on peculiarities of clinical manifestation of dermatosis, state of peroxide oxidation of lipoids and regional geodynamics. The study of peculiarities of clinical manifestation and the course of dermatosis depending on the duration and spreading of pathological process, state of POL, supply of oxygen, peripheral geodynamics and activeness of antioxidant system, has been made. For the first time the peculiarities of POL and their interconnection with the disorder of geodynamics, microcirculation as well as skin oxygenation of the studied dermatosis have been discovered. The adequate correction of disorders with the use of enterosorbents and angiotropic means has been elaborated. The comparative analysis of clinical laboratory evaluation of the offered comprehensive differential therapy of patients having eczema and neurodermatitis with predominant affection of the skin of lower extremities has been made. According to the statistics the offered methods secures reduction of the term of treatment in average by 3-4 days normalizing POL indices, microcirculation, geodynamics, skin oxidation and favouring the reduction of recurrence rate as compared to the traditional methods of treatment.
