Essay

The research reveaied that the patients with disseminat sclerosis (DS) sn the processes of spontaneous remission the conserved suppression funcnion of humoral mechanisvs sn correlation with cytotoxic ones plays the prime role and prepared condition to apoptosis of activated cells. At DS we have got the data on the activation of cytolytie processes which may be consiidered the infavorable prediction factor. At RR there is a direct correlation between the number of demyelinisation fosi up to 10 mm and the number of T-helpers/inductor as well as the HLA-DR2 activator receptor expression level. It demonstrates the importans of immune system in the triggering of demyelinisation foci formation. At DS this correlation has not been revealed that demonstrated the new qualitative level of pathological process determined by gross metabolic disorders. The was revealed a complex of immunological parameters which allow to conserve the compensatory mechanisms of the immune system and on the basis to choose the adequate of the treament.
