Essay

Object: organization of payment of labour of the hired workers of small enterprises. Aim: theoretical and methodical ground of directions of improvement of organization of payment of labour and development of mechanisms of their realization for the hired workers of small unstate enterprises. Methods: monographic, statistical, system approach, modeling. Results: the system of principles of effective organization of payment of labour is offered, the structure of process of organization of payment of labour, technology of analysis and estimations of efficiency of organization of payment of labour of the hired workers is improved. Use: in activity of small enterprises, in lecture courses.
