Object of the study is process deversifications production on industrial enterprise of the Ukraine in modern condition of the management. Objective of study is improvement of the mechanism of management deversifications process on enterprise of the Ukraine on base of the development theorist-methodical positions on increasing of efficiency of the process to deversifications. Methods of research: multivariate grouping, graphic, operation researches, statistical-probabilistic, matrix, discounting, forecastings, economic and mathematical, Lagranzha, structured-logical, factorial and financial analysis. Theoretical and practical results: development, addition and revision scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of management enterprise on base of the use the advanced mechanism to deversifications production. Novelty is methodical device is designed on management deversification production. Degree of the introduction by: JSC "Doneckgormash", "Debalicevskiy plant of metallurgical machine building", "Machine-building plant "Buran" and Main management on questions of the development territory Doneckoy Regional State Administration. Branch of application is industrial enterprises of the Ukraine.
