Essay

Clinical, morphological, immune features of advanced Hodgkin'sdisease (stages IIIB-IV) was submitted in the dissertation to work. The prognostic value of some prognostic factors of clinical relevans and treatment outcome of advanced Hodgkin's disease are presented. Among identified prognostic factors to evaluate some parameters of peripheral blood, biochemical parameters, presence antibodies to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Different risk groups were distinguished using identified prognostic factors and prognostic index (PI). According prognostic groups spesific programm of combined therapy was recommended.
