Essay

In the work the morphofunctional analysis of cryopreserved and native thyroid gland organ cultures of rabbits and newborn piglets under condition of their studing in vitro (reculture) and in vivo at transplantation to subtotal thyroidectomized male of rabbits is carried out. The conclusion about correction effect of grafts on hormonal status thyroidectomized animals was made. Along with the usage of allogenic matherial the application of xenogenic matherial becomes feasible. The functioning of xenogenic matherial in recipient organism is prolonged under condition of co-transplantation of adrenal glands cultures.
