Essay

The thesis is devoted to substantiation of possibility to apply physical therapeutic complex, including of hydrolaser therapy and electrosleep-phoresis by iodine of potassium in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathias 1-2 st. of atherosclerotic genesis. The method was designed and optimal parameters were determined for application of complex in patients with atherosclerotic dyscirculatory encephalopathias, stage 1-2. It was been established that usage of new physiotherapeutic complex promote decrease of clinical syndromes, improvement of cerebral blood circulation, normalization of vegetative nervous system function, back-ground of increase flow of blood, correction of cerebral metabolism and reduction of brain tissue hypoxia, intensification of сompensatory-adaptation reactions. Including of this method in complex therapy of the patients with atherosclerotic dyscirculatory encephalopatias significantly increases the treatment efficiency, it manifests in direct and delayed results
