Batsevich V. The pathogenetically grounded application of physical factors in therapy of urogenital mycosis

The dissertation is in the field of substantiation and development of medical complexes for urogenital mycosis treatment on the basis of application of physical factors (intravenous laser irradiation, galvanic mud treatment as immunomodulators). Patients (104 by age 18-59 years old) were examined with: conventional clinical methods, cytomorphological verification of mycotic affection and its character; esti-mation of immune status indexes; estimation of energy-supply balance of unspecific protection. The active forms of Candida albicans and Aspergilla were verificated in smears-scrapes in spite of small clinical symptomatic. It was observed: eosinophilia, decline of segmented nucleus neutrophils number; Т-immunity disbalance, decline of phagocytosis activity, increase of immunoregulative index, changes of immunoglobu-lins (A, I, M) levels against a background of two types of immunocompetentitive cells energy-supply disorder: Krebs cycle activity; level of the use of alternative en-ergy substrates. Traditional therapy had kept nonactive forms of fungi in the smear-scrapes of about 1/3 of patients and so, possibility of relapses.The authorized cure complex normalize all patients health status indexes 4-5 days quicker than traditional therapy, lead to 100 % liberation from all forms of fungi and enables to reduce the doze of pharmaceuticals.
