It's shown that infringement of hygienic requirements upon organization of educational process, conditions of residence, ecological environment exrecises on pupils' health state in boarding-schools with advanced system of studying more negatively that's manifested with deviations of harmoniousness of physical development, decrease of organism functional reserves & immunity, increase of morbidity. One revealed some peculiarities of adolescents morbidity in Crimean conditions, character of shifts in organisms in subthreshold levels of environment pollution.
