The analysis of the topographical, geodesial and geoinformation conditions supply of engineering communications in exploitation systems has been carried out. The scale choice of carthographical materials, accuracy of topographical, geodesial and carthographical provision has been developed. The supply of devices methodology connected with EC research and maintenance has been produced. The qualifier and the system of conventional signs, realization of the data management Oracle system methodology, spatially - timed modelling of GIS EC demands generation and demands concerning objects topology provision have been realized. Geoinformation technology based upon EC spatial data relative model in connection with device GIS products has been carried out. This technology allows to realize spatially - timed analysis of EC conditions.
