Tkachuk V. Technology of managerial processes in the production systems of the agro industrial complex.

Object of investigation consists in the technology of the management process at the enterprises of the agricultural industrial complex. The aim of the proposed dissertation paper is to generalize and broaden the theoretic and methodological concepts and form a methodological approach in order to introduce an effective management process and suggest proposals for its implementation in the practice of business management. The suggested investigation methods include the constructive estimation method, systemic approach modeling, mathematical forecasting, SWOT-analysis, expert evaluation method, correlative-regressive method, method of questionnaires, interviews and surveys, monitoring the work of the managerial personnel. Novelty lies in the fact that theoretical concepts are further supplemented to determine the meaning of the notions "management process" and "management technology", as well as pinpoint their goal-orientation to realize the tasks necessitated by the enterprise's policy; it also includesan effective methodological system of information processing, decision making and decision solving, performance of management functions; the decisions making technology is further developed to determine the factors affecting the quality of the decisions made; methodological approaches are substantiated to form an effective system of management process based on the concept of sustainability, influence factors, specific realization of management technologies, logistical requirements, improved performance algorithms; evaluation techniques to determine the feasibility of specific operations based on the matrices developed for the preparation and solution of managerial decisions as regards the process of production and launching new products; strategic development methods based on the "tree of objectives" are defined; mathematical approaches to determine the systemic effect of the realization of the managerial process based on separate processes and synergy of the managerial decisions bi the correlation models aresuggested; an improved management structure with the involvement of separate functional units of the logistics and marketing departments is suggested for the first time. The results of the investigation and practical meaning of the achieved results consist in the improved technology of the management process; improved social and economic position of the enterprise; improved competitiveness, more effective management; more effective adaptation of the enterprise to a fast changing business environment; as well as in the process of knowledge acquisition.
