Object: processes of development of enterprises of food-processing industry. Aim: development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations on construction of organizational-economic mechanisms of development of enterprises of food-processing industry on the example of enterprises of the Ternopil region. Method: system approach, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical. Results: methodical approaches to forming of effective market mechanism of management by development of food-processing industry in a region are developed, methods of estimation of influencing of investment component on the processes of development of enterprises of food-processing industry. Use: at development of the government program of market transformation of food-processing industry and at teaching of row of disciplines.
