Object: the forms and systems of payment for work at agricultural enterprises. Aim: further developed theoretical and methodological statements concerning material incentives of the agricultural enterprises' workers. Methods: system; economic analysis, statistic. Results:theoretical and methodological statements about the material stimulation of the agricultural enterprises' workers have got the further development; the deep understanding of phenomenon "gross income" from the point of view of economic theory and national standards of bookkeeping has been provided; the evaluation of acting systems of payment for work on the agricultural enterprises has been made; the basic ways of wages fund formation for strengthening its connection with the economic management effectiveness have been precised; the system of non rate payment in the processing field of agricultural complex has been elaborated and recommended.. Use: by the authorities, by agrarian farming, in educational process.
