Object - patients with a nodule pathology of the thyroid gland (a nodular goitre, a thyroid cancer); methods - clinical-laboratory, ultrasonic research, thin needle aspiration biopsy, smear-prints, histologic research of the removed macropreparations, laser correlation spectroscopy serum blood, statistical; novelty - it is scientifically proved and developed a new way of preoperative differential diagnostics of nodular goiter and cancer of the thyroid gland- laser correlation spectroscopy of blood plasma, comparison of histograms of plasma of blood with results of histologic research of the removed macropreparations for the first time is carried out, the differences between histograms of patients' blood plasma with nodular goitre and thyroid cancer and histograms of healthy persons for the first time are established, the differentiated comparison of histograms of blood plasma of the patients with nodular goitre and thyroid cancer for the first time is performed; results - the new way of preoperative differential diagnostics of nodular goitre and thyroid cancer is developed and introduced., it is introduced into medical practice of surgical departments; branch - medicine.
