Essay

Dissertation deals with the problem of the results of acute pancreatitis patients treatment efficacy increasing through traditional and miniinvasive surgical interventions using on earlier stage and the stage of pus-septic complications. Miniinvasive technologies wide using as the main operative intervention in acute pancreatitis earlier stage results to patients in-staying in departments and postoperational lethality indexes decreasing. Author proposes the new methods of acute pancreatitis prophylaxy and infectional complicatios prognosis as well as acute pancreatitis conservative therapy methods intensifyed. The original indications and contraindications to necrotizing pancreatitis miniinvasive surgical treatment were obtained and prepared by author.
