The object - physical processes in low-noise input modulus of the short-wave part of millimeter wave band with parametric signal amplification. The purpose - the simulation and experimental study of the electromagnetic properties of resonance and nonresonance waveguide components, as well as the open-resonant systems with echelette gratings which are aimed to use the physical processes under consideration to develop parametric amplifiers (PA) and pumping oscillators (PO) of middle- and short-wave parts of mm wave band and improvement of its parameters. The methods - applied electrodynamics methods and experimental radio physics ones. Novelty - an electromagnetic simulation technique for analysis of key components of input amplifier modulus was developed; technique was elaborated for reduction of noise temperature of two-circuits PA; the widening the working band of PA based on the balance waveguide diplexer was considered; method for effective varactor transducer up to higher frequency was proposed using the contrary waveguide connection; the problem of the quasi-optical pumping PO design have been solved. The implementation - in the receiving apparatus for remote sensing of Earth's surface in Kalmykov's Centre of radio physics remote sounding of Earth of NASU and NSAU
