Object: process of preparation of concrete mixes in amalgamators of compulsory action with vibrating processing a mix. The purpose: creation of theoretical bases of designing of the vibrating equipment of amalgamators of compulsory action for processing concrete mixes. Methods: methods of physical mathematical and computer modelling are used the classical theory of fluctuations, the mechanics of the continuous environment. The equipment: equipment ВИ6-6TН with 12 sensors of vibrations ДВ-1Г and ДВ-1В, oscillograph Н-700, complete set Д-505. Theoretical and practical results: analytical dependences for definition of the law of movement and key parameters of the vibrating equipment; a technique of engineering calculations of the vibrating equipment and a mode of vibrating influence. Novelty: law of the mechanism of vibrating process of processing of concrete mixes is opened by vibrating influence. Subject and a degree of introduction: trial samples of amalgamators БП-100ВК and БП-250ВК; Are introduced inOpen Company " Kremenchug mechanical factory ", Kremenchug enterprise " Будшляхмаш ". Efficiency of introduction: productivity in 1,3 times power consumption in 1,8 times raises is reduced, quality of mixes raises. Branch of use: building mechanical engineering, building.
