Object of research: decisions making proc-esses in management system of enterprise pro-viding advertising services. Purpose of re-search: management system synthesis at enter-prise, providing advertising services, which will raise efficiency of its functioning under condi-tions of economy in transition of Ukraine. Methods of research: principles of system analysis, method of structural analysis, projects management methods, method of marginal analysis, statistic and economic and mathemati-cal methods. Results: new management system synthesis conception at enterprise, providing ad-vertising services is offered; distribution mecha-nism of tasks related to providing advertising services between projective groups is worked up; interaction mechanism of basic participants of advertising process is improved; infologic model of advertising services provision process is synthesized; optimum calendar of advertising going out of plan forming mechanism is worked up; the criteria and efficiency estimation methodof advertising services are offered. Nov-elty: got for the first time: management system synthesis conception at enterprise that provide advertising services; distribution mechanism of tasks of advertising services provision between projective groups; mechanism of optimum cal-endar of advertising going out of plan forming; improved: adaptive organizational structure of enterprise, that provides a full cycle of advertis-ing services; mechanism of basic participants of advertising process interaction.
