Thesis is devoted to problem of preservation and renovation of reproductive function in women who have uterine leiomyoma, preservation of reproductive function in pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma. The medical tactics is detined, concerning the women of genital age and pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma. The efficiency was checked on proposed complex treatment of women of genital age and pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma, where the operational treatment, medical prevention and reabilitation measures have place. On the basis of carried out experiments, the necessity and the possibility of wider applience of organic maintanace operations in modern obstetrics-ginecologyc practic was proved. The was pointed the necessity of profilaxis and treatment of preagnant women with uterine leiomyoma from the earliest terms and the whole period of pregnancy.
