Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving system of equity capital management by integrated corporate structures in Ukraine. A technique of analyzing equity capital of integrated corporate structures has been proposed. The paper has shown the expediency of introducing vertical equity structure within integrated structures in view of cutting equity capital control costs. The dissertation puts forward the main areas for the governmental support and reforming the legislative base of the equity capital development.
