Rekova N. Resource Provision of a Production Program (on the example of mining engineering industry enterprises)

Dissertation covers some actual issues on realization of marketing planning principles on the basis of system-structural analysis of a production process, with the aim to form an optimal resource provision of a production program at an enterprise in the conditions of partial certainty. Partial certainty of orders' portfolio at the stage of formation of production program makes it impossible to use basic "management standards" and called forth the development of a model of its optimal resource provision on the basis of neuro-networks technologies. The division into stages of planning of em-ployment of production capacities, as one of an enterprise's resources, is developed and reasoned in the dissertation. The prototype of knowledge resource base as a complex of ingredients of production process is created and rules of their selection for various versions of production programs are developed. Methodological approach on the optimal coordination of enter-prise's resources during the formation of its production program are pro-posed, as well as a software product, using which provided a possibility to plan the resources of an enterprise at the initial stage of production pro-gram's formation. It is demonstrated, how the employment of this organiza-tion-methodical approach would influence the basic indicators of the produc-tion-economic activity of an enterprise.
