Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the validity of using losartan and carvedilol in therapy of patients with essential hypertension. Author revealed peculiarities of systemic hemodynamics showings, diastolic function, blood pressure dynamic and condition of daily catecholamines excretion, renin and aldosteron levels in dependence on hypertension form and character of geometric changes of left ventricle of the heart. Basing on data analysis of showings ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, systemic hemodynamic and diastolic function of left ventricle, renin-angiotensin and sympatho-adrenal systems and aldosterons level depending on hypertension form, showings for using losartan and carvedilol in complex therapy patients with hypertension were developed.
