Essay

The clinico-hormonal peculiarities of non-tumoral genesis hyperandrogyny (HA) syndrome connected with insulin-resistance and hyperinsulinemia are presented in the dissertation. The course of the pregnancy and delivery in women with hyperandrogyny was analysed. The developed approach to be tactics of diagnosing and treating disturbances of reproductive function in women with HA made it possible to reduce insulin-resistance manifestations into 1,5 times, to decrease body mass, to restore ovulatory menstrual cycle into 77,4% of the patients, i.e. Resulted in reproductive function rehabilitation.
