Essay

The necessity and adequacy of using the criteria economic profit being proponent for crisis management at the Ukrainian enterprises in the terms of transitional economy was grounded. For the first time we proposed the index of effectiveness for the proprietor - the new value per equity. A system of a flexible crisis management for industrial enterprises for the chain 'revenue - profit' - the new value for the owners was developed. The index of entrepreneur's risk was specified by means of integration in its structure the index of economic leverage that was proposed for the first time.
