Sviderska I. State politics of agrarian supporting in a context of requirements of the World Trade Organization

Agrarian policy is aimed at regulation and support of agriculture under the conditions of integration with the world agrarian markets. Substantiation of the directions of state support of production in Ukraine on the basis of effectiveness of evaluation of separate mechanisms of its realization for domestic producers, analysis of present trends of the world experience as to the support of the field on the multilateral Ukrainian agreements of Ukraine's joining the World trade organization. Dialectical method of scientific cognition, monographic, economic-statistical, econometrical methods, of analysis and synthesis. The term rational state support of agricultural denotes complex of activities and means directed by the state at an increase of social security of population with complex development of agricultural territories. With the help of panel data base the impact evaluation of separate mechanisms of state support on the volume of agrarian output done by Ukrainian agrarian enterprises and on generalproductivity of factors of production. The mentioned above enable evolution of present state support in term of its rationality and economic benefits for agrarian enterprises and an increase in the development of agrarian territories.
