Nataliya I. The modern complex estimation of the utero-placental-fetal system

Object - complex studying of a condition of system mother a placenta a fruit at physiological current of pregnancy and PD; methods clinical, tool, laboratory, mathematic-statistical; novelty - the condition of system "utero-placental-fetal" for the first time is in a complex investigated in view of a level of the hormones, specific fibers of pregnancy, enzymes and the given hardware methods of research; specificity and sensitivity of modern methods of diagnostics PD use of various methods of research is specified; for the first time the interrelation between data IFA and hardware methods of research is established at physiological current of pregnancy and PD, that allows to carry out forecasting of possible complications of placentary dysfunction stage by stage during all pregnancy; necessity of introduction screening researches of complex diagnostic criteria of a condition of system utero-placental-fetal for groups of risk of development PD on corresponding terms of pregnancy in practice of public health services is proved; results - improvement of supervision over current of pregnancy and duly preventive maintenance of possible complications, development of criteria of an estimation of a condition of system utero-placental-fetal on various terms of pregnancy; branch – medicine.
