In the dissertation theoretical bases of the mechanism of management are advanced by competitiveness of the enterprises. The scientifically-grounded methodical and practical recommendations on formation of the mechanism of management by competitiveness of the enterprises are developed. The factors providing formation of effective competitiveness of the enterprises of a sewing industry in market conditions are investigated. The analysis of a condition of competitiveness of the enterprises of sewing branch is lead. The basic directions of activity of the enterprises of a clothing industry on immediate prospects are specified. Classification is advanced and efficiency of subsystems of competitiveness of the enterprises is determined. Positions of effective management of competitiveness of the enterprises are developed and realized. Managerial process by competitiveness of the enterprises of a sewing industry is investigated.
