Zhukovskyy Y. The influence of xenobiotics on the development of acute ischemic heart disease in young and adult patients

The object is 136 patients with acute ischemic heart disease; the aim is to recognize harmful work conditions to development of ischemic heart disease among young people and adults and explore cardio-vascular hurts under xenobiotics influence. There methods: clinical, laboratory, experiments, ultrastructurial, spectrophotometrical. The new approach is to indicate acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris among young people and adults developed in that cases when professional harmful were joined with other risk factors of ischemic heart disease. The results of our research it that it is not allowed to let people who have risk factors work in such harmful professional conditions. It is introduced in the academic process and practical medicine.Об'єкт - 136 хворих на гострі форми ІХС; мета - з'ясувати вплив професійно-шкідливої праці на розвиток ІХС у осіб молодого і зрілого віку та розкрити механізм уражень серцево-судинної системи під впливом ксенобіотиків; методи - клінічні, лабораторні,ультраструктурні, спектрофотометричні, експериментальні; новизна - встановлено, що гострий інфаркт міокарду і нестабільна стенокардія у осіб молодого і зрілого віку виникають переважно при поєднанні професійних шкідливостей з іншими загальновідомими факторами ризику ІХС; результати - до праці в професійно-шкідливих умовах не можна допускати тих осіб, які вже мають загальновідомі фактори ризику ІХС; впроваджено в учбовий процес і практичну медицину; галузь - медицина
