Object are 109 patients with artherial hypertension (AH) combined with osteoarthrosis (OA) and 30 healthy persons; aim - optimisation of curement of patients with AH and OA with means of differentiated peripheral hemocirculation correction, oxygen regime and free radical lipids peroxydation with ACE-inhibitor moexypril and antiozydant emoxiprin; methods - clinic, bio-chemical, biophysical, mathematical; novelty - for the first time was it investigated that application of complex therapy with combination of moexypril and emoxiprin for patients with AH in combination with OA has positive hemodynamic and methabolic action also making osteoprotective effect; results - 94.1% of examined patients demonstrate stabilisation in AH flow and 95.2% showed correction in OA; introduced into study programmes and practice; branch - medicine.
