Object: 246 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic glomerulosclerosis with arterial hypertension; aim is to increase of drugs effectiveness of nephropathy with arterial hypertension with different genesis and to create different treatment with including of enalapryl, perindopryl, lacidipin, lozartan; methods: clinical, biochemical, hemostasiological, renal biopsy; new approach - further development of question about renoprotective properties of antihypertensive drugs; results: the different way of enalapryl, perindopryl, lacidipin, lozartan using at nephropathy with arterial hypertension was created; all this thesis has been introdused in training and medical practice. The field is medicine.
