This work analyses the results of surgical intervention in patients' groups operated by Bilrot-I (n=52) with the I, II, III types of stomach ulcer, by Maki-Shalimov (n=38) with the I type of stomach ulcers in comparison with the basic group (n=46) of patients, of which: pylorus-, vaguspreserving stomach resection with the I type of ulcer was performed at 24 patients; broadened pylorus-, vaguspreserving resection and duodenoplasty were performed at 12 patients; pylorusmodeling stomach resection with formation of end-loop gastroeunoanastomosis (according to Y.G. Gilevich and V.I. Onopriev) with stomach ulcers of the III type at 10 patients. In the remote period in basic group clinically meaning dumping-syndrome and duodenogastral reflux corresponding to the light degree 2,4% - dumping-syndrome and the I degree of duodenogastral reflux - 4,8% of patients were not observed. In control group dumping-syndrome developed at 22,7% of patients(p<0,05), clinically meaning duodenogastral reflux - at 21,4% of patients (p,0,05).
