Chemodanov E. Clinic-experimental estimation of early postoperative intestinal impassability and its diagnostics

On the basis of comparison the results of electrophysiological and pathomorphologic methods of researches, are offered objective interoperation criteria of a choice of a level of a resection at an experimental intestinal obstruction. The precision intestinal seam distinguished by ideal comparison of homogeneous tissues and minimal traumatisation of the sewed pieces of an intestine is developed and introduced into clinic. Algorithms of early and differential diagnostics of mechanical and functional forms of an early postoperative intestinal obstruction with the help of expert diagnostic system are developed. Features of biochemical parameters of the homeostasis reflecting degree of an endogen intoxication at the given patients are investigated. Also it fixed, that at patients with an adhesive disease is marked the high risk of development of an early postoperative intestinal obstruction which has made - 12,4 %. With a view of down stroke of risk of development of relapse of an adhesive postoperative obstruction, the way of prolonged nasointesninal intubations is developed.
