The position of investigations the problem of teaching fundamentals of inforormation technologies for students of linguistic universities has been in-trestaiged and analyzed in the dissertation. The analysis of workability of inforormation technolo-gies in professional activity of a teacher of foreign languages has been putted. The content of teaching has been developed. The modular-rating system of conducting the process of system of conducting the process of teaching and training has been developed. The components of personal oriented system of teaching students of linguistic university referring to getting to development and to Deepings the profes-sional knowledge, to formation of skills and attain-ments, to development of creative forces of student – has been developed. Experimentally tested the effec-tiveness of using the created system.
