Thes is devoted to clinical and experimental reasoving of including the cuprenylum in the treatment of acute and chronical salpingoophoritis in woman, who suffer in the peritoneal adhesions of the gynecoid pelvis (PAGP). The frequency of PAGP in women of the gynecological profile of the fertile age was determined. The diagnostical value of ultrasonographical in addition to the bimanual gynecological method for making the diagnosis of PAGP was determined. The most informative clinical and laboratory factors of risk of formation of the adhe-sions in the women of fertile age were reveiled. The role of the autoimmune reactions and hydroxiprolium in the progress of adhesion process in small pelvis was determined. It was been proved to be adequate in the experiment, as well as clinical proved to add cuprenillum to the treatment of women with so for preventing the appearing and resolving PAGP.
