Lomaga Y. Reabilitation and the ways improvemen of reproductive health of women with undeveloped pregnancy in anamnesis in the conditions of iodine deficit.

Scientific work is devetod to reconstruction of reproductive health of women with undeveloped pregnancy in anamnesis and decreasing of obstetrical and perinatal complications of iodine deficit. Functional state of phetoplacentical complex and thyroid gland were learned in these women. The working and inculcation complexis of reabilitations and medical-preventive measures were done. For the first time the comparative aspects of reproductive health, formulate and functiong system of mather-placenta-foetus of pregnant with undeveloped pregnancy in anamnesis in the conditions of iodine deficit. Connection between clinical and endocrinological exponents excration of iodine with urinae of women with undeveloped pregnancy in anamnesis in the conditions of iodine deficit and also by development phetoplacentical deficient, obstetrical and perinatal pathology in the conditions of iodine deficit was determinated. Complex of reabilitation-preventivies and medical measuries on reconstruction of reproductive healthof women with undeveloped pregnancy in anamnesis into dependence from iodine provision with object their propavation for next pregnancies was scientifically proved, worked up and inculcated. Using this methodic of treatment and prophylaxis we can improve state of reproductive health of women with undeveloped pregnancy in the iodine deficit and results bear pregnancy and lower of perinatal losses.
