Lytvyn O. The influence of antithrombotic therapy on expression of cytokines in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Object of the research: The cryoconserved fetoplacental tissue preparations have the positive influence on the reduction of pathogenic mechanisms of atherosclerosis progress. The dimensionality of introducing: the results of investigation are used in the clinical practice of cardiological department of Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital honored by M.V. Sclifosovskiy and Poltava regional center of cellular and tissue transplantation. The materials of thesis are used in the pedagogic process of postgraduation education chair of therapeutics in the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. The field of using: medicine, therapy.The object of investigation: patients with stable angina pectoris. The task of investigation: to improve the scheme of stable angina pectoris of the II-III functional classes treatment by the using of cryoconserved preparations of fetoplacental complex, that is cryoconserved placental tissue and cryoconserved placental extract. The methods of investigation. The following methods were used in the work; clinical, functional (electrocardiography; veloergometry), immunological (contents of immunoglobulin classes A, M and G in blood serum by the immunoenzyme method); the state of cell immunity was estimated determining the level of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD20 by immunofluorescence method; cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and LDH-cholesterol in blood serum; biochemical (concentration of dienal conjugates in blood serum, activity of catalase in blood, concentration of ceruloplasmin in blood serum, activity of superoxidodysmutase in blood). The mathematical and statistical methods are used for estimating of reliable divergences. Theoretical and practical results. Accomplished investigation gave the possibility to substantiate (Licence of Ukraine, No 59266 A) the necessity of cryoconserved placental tissue transplantation using in patients with ischemic cardiac disease (stable angina pectoris) on the background of basic therapy. Revealed positive influence of cryopreparations of fetoplacental complexon the clinical symptomatology, lipid metabolism substantiate the using of fetoplacental tissue transplantation and cryoconserved placental extract injecting in the complex angina pectoris therapy of II-III functional classes and allow to recommend them for introducing in cardiological practice. The capability for interrupting of lipid peroxide oxidation, activation of the antioxidative protective system, normalization of immunological patients condition allow to recommend it for using with the aim of treatment of atherosclerosis and its complications prevention.
